What We Will Do
You will learn how to make puff pastry from scratch and work with it. Fulden's favourite thing in life is travelling and having foodie holidays, so we are offering you some familiar and
a few different flavours from around the world. You will get a chance to make plain and chocolate croissants from Austria, puddingbrezel from Germany and Thai green curry puffs.
We will have a delicious lunch together and there will be so much pastry made, you will have some to take home.
* We use sourdough starter to make our pastries as we believe it is the healthiest way of fermenting.
