Sourdough Pizza Making
What We Will Do
Our pizza making experience is very unique as we play with different styles, techniques and flavors from different countries.
We will start with our dessert, ruby panna cotta! Ruby chocolate is a variety of chocolate introduced in 2017 and is notable for its natural
pink colour & fruity, acidic taste. We love it! We will add this delicious chocolate to traditional panna cotta to create an amazing, but easy to make dessert. Then we will prepare our fresh tomato and garlic sauce & pizza dough to start making our pizzas. You will learn how to make homemade sourdough pizza dough from scratch. We will make a traditional Italian pizza with delicious Italian toppings like mozzarella, fresh basil, prosciutto, artichokes, and you will get to choose your own toppings. We will also make a Turkish Pizza (pide) with the traditional Turkish topping (finely chopped organic ribeye steak, onion, tomatoes, fresh herbs and spices). The last pizza we will make is Fulden's personal favourite, tarte flambee, a French Alsatian thin crust pizza with cream fraiche instead of tomato sauce, gruyere cheese,
mushrooms, onions and bacon pieces.
We will serve a delicious mediterranean salad with your pizzas and the best part will be opening the wine bottle, setting up the table together, eating, drinking and chatting under our beautiful chandeliers & floral roof!! You will take all the leftovers home with a jar of sourdough starter and the dough you make on the day to practice later.
