What We Will Do
Immerse yourself in the fabulous flavours of Asia with our totally unique Asian cooking experience. Led by the newest member of The Dough House team, Mike Lok, you’ll learn how to make six authentic dishes from different regions of Asia including China, Thailand, the Philippines and Vietnam. Mike draws on his heritage and love of Asian food and generously shares this wealth of knowledge with the class. You’ll learn about Asian flavours, cooking techniques and at the end of the class will feel confident recreating these incredible dishes at home. During the experience you’ll get to enjoy the dishes you’ve created while sipping a complimentary Mai Tai cocktail. Dessert is also included in the experience and has been created by our Founder, Fulden, inspired by the flavours of Asia, making it a perfect end to your metaphorical trip around Asia!
Our menu includes:
* Northern Chinese Dumplings (with lamb and prawn filling)
* Thai Chicken Green Curry
* Filipino Pork Adobo
* Cantonese Beef with Black Bean Sauce
* Vietnamese Fried Fish with Nuoc Cham, very fresh, spicy and delicate
* Asian greens
* Steamed Rice
* Asian inspired pudding as a dessert
* Mai Tai cocktail
