Level 2 Food Safety Training

What We Will Do

The Dough House are pleased to be working with CME Consultancy to offer a full day’s training, books, and certification in Level 2 Food Safety. This training is perfect for anyone working where food is handled, prepared, and cooked. The training will take place in The Dough House’s beautiful premises and will include delicious refreshments and a wonderful lunch prepared by The Dough House cooks.

CME Consultancy are an approved centre with Highfield, who are an OFQUAL certified company and offer the highest quality training. Mick Markham (Prof Dip FPI TechIOSH) will be taking the training and has many years of catering experience. He spent 15 years in the British Army Catering Core and travelling the world, as well as working as a freelance chef alongside many internationally renowned catering establishments. In 2009, CME Consultancy was formed, offering both Food Safety and Health & Safety services. Food Safety audits, inspections and training are delivered to several prestigious clients including Wembley Stadium, The Open Golf Tournament, London 2012 Olympic Games, Arsenal Football Club to name a few. Mick has a real passion for training and believes that the intimacy of small groups is an exciting area to be working in.
