Artisan Pasta
Cooking Experience 

What We Will Do

Take your pasta making to another level with our new artisan pasta making experience. Our award-winning cook, Sofia, will teach you how to make 2 different types of pasta dough, semolina & water, and egg dough with 00 flour. You’ll hear the reasons behind using specific types of dough for specific pasta shapes and you’ll also be taught how to make laminated/ coloured dough.


You will create 6 different shapes of pasta during the class including caramelle, gnocchetti sardi, spizzillus (sardinian semolina pasta) culurgiones (sardinian filled pasta). You’ll also make some delicious sauces to go with your pasta shapes including brown butter and sage for the caramelle, and napoletana sauce with the others.


To finish you will make a delicious traditional Italian pudding of Castagnole (yogurt drop doughnuts, served with cinnamon and sugar).


All your gorgeous creations will be served with focaccia, salad, and a glass of wine under our beautiful canopy of flowers and you'll be able to take the leftovers home to share with your family.
