Cooking Experience

This mini experience is perfect for friends & family gatherings, hen dos and corporate groups. 


Inspired by the founder, Fulden’s recent trip to Tuscany where she worked alongside numerous local chefs making a variety of different pastas and tasting Tuscan olive oil and wine – divine!


You will learn how to make authentic potato gnocchi, these should never be chewy, but rather melt in your mouth like marshmallows; along with two delicious sauces, a wild garlic pesto and browned butter with sage which all topped with lots of parmesan.


We will serve a delicious homemade lemonade & salad and you will enjoy your meal under our beautiful floral roof!! 

"Gnocchi" is pronounced "Gnocchi" and not "Gnocchi"! :)
