Baked Pasta
Cooking Experience 

Our baked pasta experience is inspired by the founder, Fulden’s recent trip to Tuscany where she worked alongside numerous local chefs making a variety of different pastas and tasting Tuscan olive oil and wine – divine!


* You will learn how to make authentic gnocchi, these should never be chewy, but rather melt in your mouth like marshmallows.

* You’ll also learn how to make pasta dough which will be turned into Lasagna Al Forno, Turkish pasta with a gorgeous chickpea filling with chicken & Zaatar topping, and as a bonus, macaroni, for an out of this world mac & cheese. Along the way you’ll make your own ragu and bechamel sauce for the Lasagna, and a wild garlic pesto for the baked gnocchi. Your meal would not be complete without dessert, so we’ll also make a delicious Caprese cake (gluten free chocolate and pistachio chiffon cake) from scratch.


After all the cooking is done we will sit down together to enjoy all of these delicious dishes with a crisp and fresh Tuscan Chianti and then finish with a dessert wine, also from Tuscany.

We booked on to a pasta making course as a surprise 21st birthday gift for my daughters and it was the most wonderful day for us all. Everything about our experience was exceptionally satisfying, from the moment we stepped inside the stunningly beautiful shop, to the warmest of welcomes from the team.
Fulden’s teaching style is first rate. She willingly shares her extensive knowledge of fine ingredients and flavours with a naturalness that is both passionate and engaging and she calmly guides you through each step and technique you have to undertake.
How ready we all were to sit down and enjoy the fruits of our labours. It was an absolute feast.
Our handmade pasta tasted so good. It was fresh and incredibly light, only to be enhanced by all the delicious meat and vegetarian accompaniments we enjoyed with it, along with colourful salad, fine wine, and a sumptuously light dessert and freshly ground coffee.


Fulden was an amazing host and made you feel right at home and at ease learning a new skill. She expertly imparted her knowledge and heritage and her passion came across completely. An amazing experience and we met some lovely people in the class and got to eat our amazing pasta creations at the end of it.


We did the Pasta making experience and it was by far one of the best experiences we have ever done! The place the classes are held in is a gorgeous grade 2 listed building and Fulden has decorated it beautifully!
The course was absolutely brilliant. Fulden is very knowledgable, experienced and friendly! The food we produced during class was to die for and which another credit to Fulden. We will be making what we made in class at home for family and friends and we can’t wait to be back for another class! Fulden you are a super star!
