Authentic French macarons not only look beautiful but taste amazing, with a texture that’s slightly crunchy on the outside and a soft and chewy inside. Perfecting this balance can be extremely tricky so Fulden & Jo visited Paris to perfect their skills and will be sharing the secrets in our Macaron Baking Experience.
During the class you will make 20 macarons with 4 different flavours:
*Ruby chocolate-mixed berry
*And a special seasonal one based on the time of year, like Christmas, pumpkin or citrus.
We’ll use natural fruit, herb powders instead of food colourings, like pitaya, raspberry, blue butterfly pea powder to give the macarons their distinctive colour as well as making 3 delicious fillings: ganache, buttercream, and jam.
At the end of the class, you can not only enjoy one or two macarons with our own TDH Royal French Tea blend, then take the rest home to share with family and friends. We will provide chic tin boxes and ribbons if you wish to make it a present. They will also keep in the fridge for 3 days or the freezer for 6 months.
