What We Will Do
Our Indian cooking experience is inspired by chef Mike Lok’s time living and working in Delhi. Delhi has a vibrant and eclectic food scene drawing on influences from all over India and further afield. Mike enjoyed the many restaurants in Delhi but was especially taken with the colourful sights, sounds and tastes of Indian street food and has used this as inspiration for TDH’s tantalising Indian experience.
In this fun cooking class you’ll learn how to make seven authentic Indian dishes as well as learn about the flavours and cooking techniques of India. Mike will also give you the confidence to recreate these flavoursome dishes at home and inspire you to try cooking more Indian cuisine. During the experience you’ll get to enjoy the dishes you’ve created while sipping a complimentary Indian inspired cocktail. Our founder, Fulden, has also created your final dish, a mango dessert, inspired by the flavours of India – a wonderful way to finish your Indian culinary journey!
