Cooking & Baking Experience
What We Will Do
We will begin with our cranberry & orange jam while sipping some mulled wine. You will learn how to make a pizza wreath with marinara sauce, easy panettone, a chocolate and chestnut tart, Christmas tree - gingerbread cupcakes, pistachio & coconut cookies, savoury mince pie, creamy mushroom sauce and homemade Christmas slaw, all from scratch! We will then start baking but you will have a choice to take them home, freeze and keep for Christmas.

*Cupcakes - making & decorating
*Chocolate ganache
*Jam making
*Gluten free cookie dough
*Cooking & preparing side dishes and fillings
It'll be a great homely - Christmassy experience rather than a formal class. The best part will be having lunch together and enjoying our freshly baked goods with some side dishes, under our beautiful floral roof!
