We’re beyond excited to introduce our brand new cooking experience—an immersive celebration of Mediterranean food, storytelling, and connection.
This menu has been lovingly developed over the past three years by our founder, Fulden. Each dish carries the heart of her heritage, the warmth of her travels, and the flavors she most loves to cook, share, and eat. It’s a menu that’s deeply personal—blending recipes from her childhood, family kitchens, and Mediterranean adventures from Turkey to Spain, Greece to Italy, and beyond.

The whole time I was there I felt like I was absorbing Fulden's passion for food, family and travel. If you have seen the Netflix show 'Salt, Fat, Acid, Heat' then you will know exactly what I mean!
There is a famous quote that says 'People won't remember what you said or did, they will remember how you made them feel'. Well... I do remember what Fulden said....and she sent me the recipes but mostly I couldn't agree more that what sets this experience apart is how she makes you feel. By the time we were leaving, we were sad to say goodbye!

Fulden has created something incredible here. The Dough House is the most gorgeous location to host food experiences. Nestled in the heart of Stratford-upon-Avon, this gorgeous venue feels like home as soon as you walk up to the front door. Beautifully decorated area with original beams, small doorways and so much historic charm. Fulden has added to this with flowers, beautiful decorations and her beaming smile. We quickly felt like friends and she shared her love of COOKING so expertly with us.
