Early Harvest Olive Oil
Produced with hand-picked Koroneiki and Manaki olives that are sourced by Yannis Sellas from groves in the Corinth region of The Peloponnese in mainland Greece.
The oil is made with olives that are harvested at the beginning of the season while they are still green to produce a complex medium to robust oil with notes of fresh green herbs and citrus fruits.
A burst of mixed salad leaves and sorrel in the mouth with aromas of green bananas and apples and a distinctive but gentle bitterness.
High in monounsaturated fat.
