My Dear Guests,
I am Fulden and my own story started with a deep respect for food and traditions based on my family heritage, travels and work experience. I have been baking and cooking with my mother and my grandmother since I was a child and I am so in love with it. I love to travel, cook, meet new people and share my passion and family recipes with others... My goal is to create an intimate learning experience that is fun-filled, friendly and inviting to both children and adults. I love to get people excited about spending time together in the kitchen.
Professionally, I have a training and development and management background in the corporate food and beverage industry. I also ran my own boutique cafe in Warwickshire.

I booked this class as a birthday gift for my mom who just loves afternoon teas. It was a wonderful experience from start to finish. Fulden's kitchen is like a magical place where every bake turns out to be perfect. I was pleasantly surprised that we were making not only plain scones but also savoury scones with her own recipes that tasted AMAZING. I never knew scones could be that tasty. Few days back my mom and I went to THE RITZ LONDON's legendary afternoon tea and the scones there were nothing compared to the ones we baked today! My 13-year-old daughter said it best, "That was the most amazing baking and cooking experience because it was intimate, and special." We navigated through the streets of Stratford-upon-Avon to discover Fulden's front door, and were welcomed by our most lovely hostess. She invited us in and we discovered the three other students that we were joining. Everyone was so warm and lovely. We shared stories while baking an amazing variety of scones, some of which had never occurred to us. While the scones baked, we snacked on a charcuterie and shared more stories. Finally tea was served and the scones came rolling out of the kitchen. We feasted so much that dinner wasn't even an option later! It was an incredible experience, not to be missed, and will be recommended by us to any of our friends who visit the area.

We decided to book Fulden's chocolate brownie and scone baking experience, and we're so pleased that we did. My wife and I had a wonderful time with Fulden learning new techniques and skills, as well as sharing stories from our lives. Afternoon Tea and scone making with Fulden definitely surpassed my expectations. Fulden is a great people person and very easy to communicate with and learn from. She was very well organized. We moved smoothly through each step and the hands on parts were so helpful I knew I could go home and recreate these great treats. I had to leave early to catch a train back to Oxford and she made sure I left with plenty of scones and jam. All this time I thought making scones would be a very difficult process...not so! Fulden was a great host, instructor, and we felt very welcome in her home and sharing numerous stories about ourselves with her. Fulden was exceptionally welcoming, warm, and personable! She had no problem putting us all to work (in a nice way) in taking on different tasks related to making our scones and jam. I now know how to properly open a scone and that scones are NOT supposed to be rock hard (as found in the U.S.). And yes, I critiqued every time I enjoyed scones for tea after this experience! Honestly, I was a bit skeptical (being my first Airbnb Experience) but it was brilliant. Fulden has a great background in baking with some exceptional qualifications - her passion is evident and her caring for her guests is sincere!

This was an absolutely fantastic experience - what a lovely way to spend time in Stratford! Fulden is an exceptional host - I felt comfortable from the first moment, conversation was easy and the food absolutely divine. Great way to spend a couple of hours learning about scones and enjoying the fruits of our labor. Fun people, good class, great music and tasty treats. I hope she opens a bakery with those delightful spinach and feta, my fav...YUM. The scones had lovely jams, savouries and tasty treats!
This experience was one I will always cherish. Even being a pretty-okay-cook myself, I learned so much from Fulden. I had such fun. I felt like a made a friend, shared afternoon tea, and got to enjoy an abundance of amazing scones I actually made myself! Did I say this was a highlight of my trip? I absolutely loved it.

The Traditional Afternoon Tea-Baking Class with Fulden is simply great. All inclusive: cooking jam, baking sweet and spicy scones and then of course plenty of time to talk, drink tea and eat scones. Fulden was the best host EVER! My dad and I loved baking in her cozy, stylish home. It was such a lovely time getting to know Fulden and the other guest, Anita. All 5 types of scones we made were delicious. She also taught us how to make jam. There were also some sandwiches and a Turkish dessert at tea which were unexpected, delicious touches. I left the class knowing that I had made new friends. I highly recommend taking this class!
Fulden is fun to be with and will guide you through the process of making jam and 5 different types of scones - all delicious and easy (even for the most hopeless of bakers!). The best bit is the eating though, with tea and Prosecco! Fulden is a great host and very knowledgeable about food and has travelled extensively taking in cooking classes as she goes. A great experience!
This was such a gem of an experience, I have a goal to learn how to bake and Fulden walked me through scone making in such a way that left me with loads of confidence to tackle it on my own. She is so welcoming and kind, her home is lovely, the entire experience is full of special touches. Would highly recommend this as a way to spend a couple of hours during your visit to the area!
Fulden is an exceptional, warm & inviting host. The class was set up in a relaxed atmosphere in her cottage & was a really lovely & delicious time! I highly recommend for anyone who wants to have an English tea experience that you get to be hands on!
Baking scones with Fulden was great fun and a unique experience. Fulden is a very friendly and communicative host, and it was a pleasure to spend some time in her cosy home. We would definitely recommend this experience if you are in or around Stratford. We stayed in the Cotswolds and baking scones with Fulden was a perfect trip that can be combined with sightseeing in Stratford. Two thumbs up!!

Excellent class where we began by making one of the best desserts I’ve had, followed by a helpful ravioli experience. Afterwards, it was a lovely meal with new friends! Would highly recommend!
