What We Will Do
Is there anything more romantic than cooking together on a Valentine's Day? And what is more romantic than making & sharing pasta on this special day?

We will start by making our dessert, chocolate tiramisu pudding, perfect dessert for a romantic occasion! Then we will prepare our fresh tomato and garlic, marinara, alla vodka sauce with king prawns and start making our pasta. You will learn how to make homemade ravioli, tortellini, tagliatelle, garganelli from scratch. Making the dough, rolling, cutting and filling. We will use a delicious homemade vegetarian filling for ravioli and a meat topping for Turkish pasta. We will also make a pink pitaya cocktail to enjoy with our meal. The best part will be setting up the table together, eating, drinking and chatting under our beautiful floral roof while listening some jazz!!
