What We Will Do
Our pasta making experience is very unique as we play with different styles, techniques and flavors from two different countries. We will start by making our dessert, tiramisu pudding, which tastes exactly like real
tiramisu! Then we will prepare our fresh tomato and garlic sauce and start making our pasta. You will learn how to make homemade ravioli, tortellini, tagliatelle from scratch. Making the dough, rolling, cutting and filling. We will make the traditional Italian ravioli with a delicious vegetarian filling and also baked sourdough Turkish ravioli with the traditional Turkish filling (minced meat, onion, fresh herbs and spices). And finally, the best part will be opening the wine bottle, setting up the table together, eating, drinking and chatting under our beautiful floral roof!!
