Sourdough Bread Making Experience - 2
Learn traditional bread making techniques, how to make a plain sourdough loaf and fougasse ( French bread with olives and sundried tomatoes) and get the most useful tips to maintain/keep your starter alive. We will email the recipe cards and a shopping list to you. You can also purchase our sourdough bread making kit & ingredient box to have everything you need for bread making.
22nd January 2021/5pm-6.30pm. Duration: 1.5 hours.
Families are welcome to take part, but please be aware that these classes are designed with adults (unless specified otherwise) in mind. An adult must be present if anyone under the age of 18 is joining in.
