Mother's Day Afternoon Tea Baking Experience
What We Will Do
Before we start baking, we will make our homemade plum & cherry and ginger jam, clotted cream and also a seasonal, creamy pudding! You will then get the chance to bake mini raspberry bundt cakes, brownies, a variety of sweet & savoury scones (traditional ones and seasonal/unique ones like lavender, truffle & parmesan scones). The best part will be eating, drinking bubbly & tea/coffee and chatting under our beautiful floral roof!
We only use organic ingredients at The Dough House, and you’re going to have so much fun making this traditional afternoon tea! There will be lots of leftovers, so you will be able to take the extras home along with a mini jar of jam and an antique piece of crockery as a souvenir!
Once back home, you will be able to practice what you have learnt. We will email you written recipes and lots of tips!
